Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How do I return my order? 

Each product in our store is crafted specifically for you upon order. Because of the personalized nature of our print-on-demand process, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns simply due to a change of mind. We take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made items tailored to your preferences.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if your order is lost during shipping, please contact us at shop@ateliermemorabilia.com within 14 days of receiving your item or estimated arrival day provided by. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.

**Return Process:

1. Notification:

If you need to return an item due to a defect or damage, please contact us at shop@ateliermemorabilia.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following information in your email:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase, including the order number.
  • Your name and email address.
  • A brief description of the defect or damage, along with photos of the product.

2. Shipping the Item Back:

Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide you with the return address. Please return the item in the condition you received it, with any original packaging if possible. This allows us to properly assess the defect or damage.

3. Return Window:

The item must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving it. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

** We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, including all original packaging.
  • Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for return.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the request is made after the 14-day notification period or if the item is returned after the 30-day window.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Personal care products and custom orders (including personalized items with modifications made upon personal request) are not eligible for return.

Do you offer exchanges? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. 


When will I receive my refund? 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How will I receive my refund?

If you paid for your order using a credit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card. For payments made through PayPal, please check with them directly for more details on how the refund will be handled.

If your order was placed during a promotional period or with a discount code, the total amount will be recalculated when we receive your return. If the conditions for the promotion or discount are no longer met, the discount amount will be deducted from your refund.
